Beaumont Financial Planners Ltd, have been shortlisted in the Outstanding Customer Service category in the awards run by Shropshire Chamber of Commerce. The announcement follows another recent success for the firm when Mark Evans, was listed as one of the Top 250 IFAs in the country in the Sunday Times VouchedFor Top 250 in April.
Mark Evans said, “One of our core business principles is exceptional client service so we are over the moon that we are being recognised in this way. We operate in a highly competitive industry – and one which doesn’t always have the best of reputations. The most important fact of all is that we do what we say – always. That is what our clients demand and deserve of us and that’s why they rate our advice so highly”.
Beaumont’s Matt Hignett continued, “Since I joined Beaumont Financial I’ve had it drummed into me that our motto is ‘Every client is the centre of our universe’ and all of our staff work to that principle. It’s a great company to work for, as we all know that the standards of best practice and ethics that the firm is built on extend to the way we treat all of our clients, and our staff.”
Beaumont’s team will find out whether they are crowned as the winners of the Outstanding Customer Service category in the Shropshire Business Awards at a glittering ceremony hosted by the Chamber at the Telford International Centre on 24th June 2016. Over 650 business leaders are expected to be present when the winners of the twelve categories will be unveiled. Guests will be entertained, wined and dined, followed by what promises to be an entertaining and insightful look at his unique business style from guest speaker John Timpson – Chairman of the well-known Timpson brand – itself recognised for its customer service.
Mark adds, “Timpson’s own motto is ‘Great Service by Great People’ which backs up our own ethos, so we hope that some of Timpson’s success rubs off on us on the night!”.
Beaumont have chosen Shropshire based children’s charity The Movement Centre as one of their charity partners.
The Movement Centre supports children with cerebral palsy, global developmental delay and other problems of movement control to gain functional skills and independence. 20 years ago they pioneered a unique therapy called Targeted Training, which can have a life changing impact on the children who visit the charity.
Amanda Lloyd from Beaumont met some of the families who have been to The Movement Centre to hear all about how their fundraising can help make a positive difference. One of the children she spoke to was Zaynab, aged 5, who has recently completed her 9-12 month course of therapy. Before visiting the charity Zaynab could only crawl. Targeted Training has meant that she can now walk everywhere, making a huge difference to her and her family’s lives.
‘It was wonderful to meet Zaynab and find out about the amazing progress she has made through her course of therapy’, said Amanda. ‘We are delighted to be a corporate partner of The Movement Centre. By working together we know we can help transform the lives of more and more children with problems of movement control’.
