Specialising in pension and investment planning for business owners, company directors and private clients, Mark has now been managing our client portfolios since 2000. He is also a member of the Beaumont Investment Committee.
With a firm belief in treating all customers and colleagues with the utmost respect, Mark has helped our company develop a positive and welcoming environment for all. As a member of the Personal Finance Society, the largest professional body for individual financial advisers, he also helps our team to uphold our strict standards.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and exploring the great outdoors. He is also a real foodie, and as a fan of locally produced food, he knows all the best places to go.
Pensions and Business Planning
Matthew is a Chartered Financial Planner who has been a key member of the Beaumont Wealth team since 2015 and also a member of the Beaumont Investment Committee.
He is an investment specialist, having always been drawn to investments and the stock market. He has gained years of experience investing on both personal and professional level, and the best part of the job for him is helping clients deal with financial issues that are often avoided.
Matthew works tirelessly to provide a quality service underpinned by integrity, trust and honesty. When working with his clients he is passionate about providing clear and straightforward advice as he helps them through retirement and investment planning. This high quality approach is advocated through his interactions and mentoring with other members of the Beaumont team.
Away from the office, Matt enjoys keeping fit, getting outdoors and spending time with his daughters.
In 2018, Ross joined the team and quickly progresses to become a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser, specialising in later life advice.
Ross came to us after spending 12 years in the Royal Air Force, where he worked on surveillance aircraft before moving to the recruitment department. He then spent some time tutoring prior to joining our team and continues to help mentor our younger members.
Ross has two young children and enjoys spending as much time outside as possible with his family. He especially like exploring the outdoors and visiting National Trust properties.
Rebecca joined Beaumont as a researcher and after much hard work she has become a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser. Before joining our team, Rebecca worked as a manager in the retail industry which followed a career in project management. These opportunities not only gave her the outstanding customer service and management skills but also helped to broaden her understanding of businesses.
A very open and friendly individual, Rebecca prides herself on being someone that is always available for a chat. Outside of work, she is an active member of a regional level korfball team and enjoys netball with her local team. Away from sport Rebecca loves to spend time exploring new places.
Nia joined Beaumont Wealth with 6 years’ experience of the financial sector which included working at Lloyds banking group. Her roles included managing unsecured debt and tailoring money management plans with plan holders. Prior to this she successfully graduated with a degree in International Fashion Marketing which also contributed prior learning credits to her successful completion of her diploma in regulated financial planning.
Outside of work Nia enjoys listening to a range of podcasts while enjoying long walks exploring the countryside. And after all the fresh air she can be found relaxing with a good book.
Gemma’s career in the financial sector started in 2008 where she previously worked for a large life assurance company. In 2016 she joined Beaumont Wealth as a Paraplanner and was very quickly promoted to Client Relations Manager owing to her excellent knowledge and performance. Gemma has completed her diploma in regulated financial planning and is working towards the gold standard of Chartered status.
Outside of work Gemma enjoys time with her children and travelling to new places, staying active by going to the gym and enjoying different cuisines.
Laura joins the team from the educational sector when she has worked in universities and for a commercial training company delivering and assessing sport and physical activity subjects. Laura first joined us on a parttime basis after moving back to Shropshire from Leeds and also studied for a Post-Graduate degree in Post-16 education. Early 2020 Laura progressed to Events Manager and then to Marketing and Communications Manager. Laura is a lively and humorous member of the Beaumont Wealth team who is generous, hardworking and will take time to support others.
Outside of work, Laura also has various voluntary roles with local sports organisations and shares a passion for sport with her family. Her main passion is Gymnastics, and in her younger years was an active development coach and artistic judge.
After graduating from Durham University, Lawrence joined our team in October 2017 as a Client Services Executive. He is now working hard to become a qualified Paraplanner and is looking forward to advancing his career with us.
At the weekends, Lawrence particularly enjoys a game of cricket or travelling with his family. He also enjoys music and can sing quite a good tune himself.
With 8 years’ experience in finance prior to joining Beaumont Wealth in 2003, Claire has a wealth of knowledge in client services and is an expert at handling client enquiries. Working closely with Mark and the team, together they strive to make Beaumont the best when it comes to customer service.
Claire also holds the Chartered Insurance Institutes Financial Planning Certificate 1 and is in charge of arranging our annual review meetings as part of our ongoing customer care for existing clients. She takes great satisfaction in running a tight ship here at Beaumont, helping us to provide the best customer service possible.
After working in administrative positions and customer service, Samantha joined Beaumont Wealth early 2018 as a Client Services Executive. In 2020 Samantha successfully qualified as a Paraplanner and is now working towards completing other financial services qualifications.
In her spare time Samantha enjoys heading outdoors for a long walk and a visit to Alton Towers.
Amy joined Beaumont Wealth in November 2017 as a Client Services Executive. She previously worked in accounting and customer services and since joining our team has passed several exams to become a qualified Paraplanner. Amy is now working towards completing other financial services qualifications.
Outside of work loves to explore new countries and long walks exploring the countryside with her family and dogs.
Prior to joining Beaumont Wealth early 2020, Robbie has worked in the financial services industry for over 7 years starting his career with one of the UK’s top credit card providers. This involved managing credit applications, customer services, fraud investigation and debt recovery. Robbie aspires to achieve the gold standard title of Chartered Financial Planner.
Away from work Robbie enjoys travelling to different countries and has volunteered in Thailand building homes with the Habitat4Humanity charity. Closer to home, he is a keen footballer and golfer and has taught himself to play the guitar.
Henrietta began her career in the financial sector in 2004 and shortly after joined the team at Beaumont Wealth in 2006, after running the accounts department for many years she took time out to bring up her family and has now joined our Customer Relations team working towards her Paraplanner qualification. Henrietta has a wealth of knowledge in financial services and handling client enquiries.
When not in the office Henrietta enjoys a game of badminton and getting outdoors spending time with her family.
George joins the financial sector after a highly successful early career in the sports industry. He graduated from University of Chester with a masters degree in Performance Analysis and joined professional football team Shrewsbury Town FC as their Head of Academy Performance Analysis. Previously George played U18’s for Shrewsbury Town and now currently plays semi professionally for Market Drayton Town FC.
George is currently working towards his Paraplanner qualification and aspires to continue his learning in becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.
Paul has worked in Financial Services for 26 years, and prior to joining Beaumont Wealth had worked for several large financial institutions including Prudential, Standard Life and Zurich. This experience has given him an extensive knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Trusts and Estate planning.
A fully qualified Financial Planner, Paul is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a member by Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
When he is not advising clients, Paul has a busy home life with a wife, 3 children of his own and 2 fostered children. If there is any time spare, he enjoys golf, badminton, white water kayaking, clay pigeon shooting and football.
Stuart has been employed in Financial Services with two major high street banks since 1987. During this time, he has worked as a Financial Advisor, Mortgage Advisor as well as undertaking Branch Management Roles and has acquired the Chartered Insurance Institute Financial Planning Certificate & Certificate in Mortgage Advice. Having recently joined Beaumont Wealth as a Trainee Paraplanner he is currently studying towards the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Paraplanning.
Outside of work Stuart enjoys spending time with his family and walking his two dogs Lola & Cooper. He is also a keen runner & has taken part in the London Marathon every year for the last 20 years in which time he has raised over £50,000 for charitable causes.
Simon is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS), holding Chartered Financial Planner status with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) as well as Charted Membership with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (Chartered MCSI).
He has always been interested in financial regulation and compliance and considers it the key to delivering high quality, customised financial advice. One of the reasons Simon enjoys working with Beaumont Wealth is our commitment to providing our clients with a personalised service recognising the unique nature of each client’s ambitions and circumstances.
In his spare time, Simon is studying part-time for an MA in Philosophy, and also acts as a reviewer of learning materials for the CII. When needing a break from all the reading, Simon enjoys running and is currently in training for his first marathon in Chester later this year.
Dan began his career in the IT industry in 2008 working for one of Shropshire’s leading business telecoms and IT specialists and then joined Beaumont in 2018 as our IT Manager. He ensures all our systems are running smoothly and securely as possible and his approach to coordinating and planning our computer related activities are second to none.
In Dan’s spare time he enjoys relaxing with a good TV show and spending time with his family.
